PETAL, MS (WDAM) - The troubles for alleged pool scammer Jason Howard continue to mount.
The Petal Pool contractor was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to home repair fraud.
He was sentenced to serve his time in the Forrest County Restitution Center until until he pays off his $4,500 dollar fine. T
he only problem is Howard remains in the Lamar County Jail where he is now under two indictments for false pretense.
He will be back in court in Lamar County on December 8 to answer the latest indictment.
