Arkansas couple captures Louisiana Lotto jackpot

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A couple from Hampton, Ark., won the latest Louisiana Lotto jackpot to the tune of $450,000.

Betty and Wayne Breazeale say they bought the winning ticket at a Junction City convenience store, which will get a bonus of $4,500 - 1 percent of the prize - for selling it. The Breazeales got $315,000 after federal and state taxes were withheld.

The couple plans to put the money away for retirement, for now.

The winning numbers for the Oct. 31 drawing were: 4, 14, 21, 22, 34 and 37.
